My new favorite masterpiece! I'm calling it Prissy Polka Dots. What do you think? It is made of yellow butter cake with caramel hazelnut sauce and caramel buttercream, covered in fondant and polka dots, of course!

Razorback Mud Bath Chocolate Cheesecake. Very decadent chocolate cheesecake, covered in fudge sauce and topped with a handsome little Arkansas Razorback for fun!

Until last week, I had never made more than about 24 cupcakes at a time. Last Saturday, I made 100 cupcakes for the Boys and Girls Club of Murfreesboro's basketball teams. They were chocolate-chocolate and yellow butter cake with buttercream icing, topped with cute little gumpaste basketballs. After four trips to and from the car, they made their way to some pretty appreciative kids!

Dora Fiesta Cake. Strawberry cake with buttercream, covered in "Dora purple" fondant and topped with Dora figurines. Well folks, this was the cake that started it all. I made this for my daughter's 2nd birthday and realized, "I can do this, afterall!" This cake holds a special place in my heart but would be perfect for that little Dora princess in your life. :)

Hazelnut Caramel Pecan Cake. I promise it is as decadent as it sounds! Caramel cake with caramel hazelnut rum sauce, iced with caramel buttercream and topped with pecans. I actually made it for Thanksgiving, but I would eat it everyday!
